We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order from True Merino. If your new sweater doesn't fit perfectly or isn't what you expected, simply return it in the original, unworn condition within 30 days and we'll send you a new size or different color, or provide a full refund on the purchase price (but not the initial shipping charge, if any).
FOLLOW THESE 3 EASY STEPS TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:
1. Fill in your order number (starts with #TM-) and your email address
Fill out the form on the invoice included in your original package so we know how to process your return. Be sure to update any contact or shipping information if necessary. The form is located on the back of your invoice, at the bottom of the page.
2. Print Your FREE Return Shipping Label (Optional)
Fill out the form below and click SUBMIT. An electronic label in PDF form will automatically be downloaded by your browser, and also sent to you by email. Open the downloaded PDF label and print it, or go to your email and open the attachment in the message and then print it.
3. Return Your Turtleneck in The Original, Unworn, Folded Condition*** (Required)
All customers should use the original packaging or a suitable alternative; pack the sweater flat, and fold; and include this invoice in the package you're returning. Those who received a Free Return Shipping Label via email should print it and attach it to the package, and mail it using the United States Postal Service. Packages weighing less than 13 ounces (most orders) can be dropped in any mailbox, while heavier packages must be taken to the counter at your local Post Office. Please do not use Priority Mail or Express Mail envelopes as the Post Office will not accept packages in these envelopes and will return them to sender, thus delaying your return.
International customers or those using alternate shipping methods should send the package to:

What Happens Next?
When we receive your package, we'll process it as quickly as possible according to your instructions on the form. We may contact you by email or phone if we need clarification of your instructions. If you requested a refund, it will be issued in the same form that you paid. If you received the sweater as a gift, we will issue a gift certificate valid for one year, or issue a refund to the original purchaser if you prefer. If you requested an exchange, we hope to send your new turtleneck within two business days, and any difference in price will be applied to the same purchase method that you used for your original purchase.
*Due to our shipping methods, free return shipping is offered to customers within the United States only. We gladly provide free return shipping once per order. If you want to return your sweater a second time for the same order, you may ship them at your cost. Customers outside of the U.S. are invited to send back their sweater using any convenient method and we'll exchange them at no additional cost. ** Returns must be made within 30 days of their original delivery. Sweaters returned after more than 30 days may not be accepted, or may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.

*** All Knitwear must be returned in their original, unworn, unfolded condition. Sweaters must not be stained, creased, worn or damaged in any way. Except in the case of a manufacturer's defect, sweaters returned to us in used or unsellable condition will be returned to the customer and no exchange or refund will be provided. Ensure that the sweaters remain in their original condition by handling them carefully, packing them flat for shipping.
