True Merino products are generally shipped within one business day of receipt of your order.

Once it leaves our warehouse, it is up to the various shipping companies as follows:

All USA purchases are eligible for our FREE SHIPPING OFFER. There is no minimum purchase amount required.
Shipment and delivery is completed by DHL Standard Shipping (2-5 days), tracking included.
Orders received before 12:00 PM Eastern Time are shipped the same day (except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays).

USA: UPS 2ND DAY AIR

For our USA customers we also offer UPS 2nd Day Delivery.
Orders received before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are shipped the same day (except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) and are guaranteed delivered within 2 days. The charge for this service is $18USD.

USA: UPS NEXT DAY AIR

As an additional service for our USA customers we offer UPS Next Day Air Delivery.
Orders received by 2:00 PM Eastern Time are shipped the same day (except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) and are guaranteed delivered within 1 (working) day. The charge for this service is $38USD.

CANADA

We are delighted to offer our Canadian customers an extremely reliable delivery to Canada with DHL. When choosing this service we calculate and charge you in advance for all duties/taxes and shipping charges, that is the total “landed cost”. This convenient and fast method has many advantages including a predictable delivery time (3-6 days) as well as completely assured final total cost.
Orders received before 12:00 PM Eastern Time are shipped the same day (except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays).
The charge for this service is $9CAD.

FREE RETURN SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order from True Merino. If your new turtlenck doesn’t fit perfectly or isn’t what you expected, simply return it in it's original, unworn condition within 60 days and we’ll send you a new size or different style/color, or provide a full refund on the purchase price.**

*Due to our shipping methods, free return shipping is offered to customers within the United States only. We gladly provide free return shipping once per order. If you want to return your turtleneck a second time for the same order, you may ship them at your cost. Customers outside of the U.S. are invited to send back their turtleneck using any convenient method and we’ll exchange them at no additional cost.

** Returns must be made within 60 days of their original delivery. Items returned after more than 60 days may not be accepted, or may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
